Terms and Conditions
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred time, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
- Please make sure the person you send flowers/gifts to will be at your specified delivery address on the delivery date you chosen. In the case of the recipient is not at delivery address to accept your order, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available.
- Where a secure location cannot be found, our couriers will leave a “not at delivery address” note at delivery address advising your recipient to contact us for further action. Re-delivery will incur further delivery charges.
- Cancellation or change to advanced order must be made 24 hours before the requested delivery date. Cancellation or change to same day delivery can only be made before the flowers/gifts are handed to courier for delivery. Orders with no further communication from you pass these timelines are deemed confirmed orders. We are unable to cancel or change orders that have already been confirmed and are in the process of being delivered.
- Should you need to cancel your order, the paid amount will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee.
- When there is a major problem with our flowers, you can ask for a replacement or refund. In such case complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason for refund or return assessment. We will process a refund upon timely return of the goods purchased.
- Coupon code for discount is single use only, no change if total purchase value is less than discount value. No refund, no transfer, no cash back. Must be used before expiry date. One coupon code for one transaction only. Use of coupon code is at the discretion of ODD PETAL FLORIST.
- All refunds for orders placed online are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are made at the discretion of ODD PETAL FLORIST.
